Belgeous Food is the personal catering service from internationally travelled Belgian Chef, Richard Fontaine. Driven by a passion for food
and hospitality, Richard developed his youthful culinary talents into
well-honed gastronomic skills over 25 years ago, training and working under the guidance of some of Europe’s finest chefs. During his long career Richard has held positions at restaurants in Paris, Boston, the Caribbean and London. He was called on to be the personal chef for Meryl Streep, and has cooked for a host of international stars including Sir Michael Caine and Penelope Cruz during his time as head chef at Shepperton Studios.

Richard is married to Julia, whom he met during his time in Boston.
The couple moved to the UK – where Julia is from – in 2001 and settled
in Sevenoaks.

To meet the demands of a growing list of private clients, Richard created Belgeous Foods in 2008.
